SELLING POLICIES

1.  Prices and or availability may change at any time!!

2.  Deposit required to hold horses/ponies is 50% and NON REFUNDABLE

3.  We CAN NOT "hold" a pony without a deposit.

4.  First come first serve, if you don’t have a deposit to hold it, someone else may buy the pony at any time.

5.  Payments can be made after half down is received, BUT ALL MONIES MUST BE PAID IN FULL AND CHECKS CLEARED BEFORE LEAVING HERE.

6.  Coggins and Health Papers will be provided by the SELLER.  Any vet charges will be responsibility of the buyer after purchase of the pony.

7.  Two weeks free board is given to help allow transportation arrangements.  Board is charged at $2 per day pasture or $4 per day stall unless other arrangements are made between buyer and seller.  EXCEPTION, foals NOT WEANED ARE NOT CHARGED BOARD as long as they are with their mothers.  After weaning board can be charged.

The internet is a great way to find, buy or sell, but you never know about people.  These are guidelines set forth so there are no misunderstandings if something is forgotten in the numerous emails going back and forth.  If you have a question about any of the above, please don’t hesitate to contact me.  There are usually ways to work things out, so if you’ll ask I’ll certainly consider it.

UPDATE:  7/6/08 He now has 14 pts. in Classic Geldings along with his HOF in Foundation. He has been started ground driving.  He is doing great and will be started under saddle soon.  He is very smart and took right to his first ground driving session very, very well.  As progress and training continues his price WILL GO UP.  Price right now $1500.  (picture 5/08 courtesy of Leah Johnson) Sam is again being being shown by Leah Johnson and will be shown at the 2008 Congress.

Comferts Keepsake (Cookie) is a Feb 2008 sooty buckskin pinto ASPC filly.  She is one we had big plans to hold back, show and use for a replacement for her dam.  But, we have so many and so we are pricing her for a limited time.  She should be a show filly deluxe.  She is by Kid Latigo Lee (by Graham's Cheif Lobo, HOF Congress champ producer as well as full brother to Graham's Little King Lee) x P.C. Celana Sprite, who has just a couple foals that have been shown but have done well. Cookie has been started halter breaking and a deposit will hold her til weaning.  She can be weaned at anytime from June.  Priced at $1000 at this time but will package her with another for a lower price.  Sold! Pattis Night Vision  (Vinnie)  ASPC pending 
2008 solid black colt out of Kid Latigo Lee (see stallions page).  Latigo measures 39.75" tall and is a nice foundation stallion.  His sire is Graham's Chief Lobo a HOF and Congress Champion producer (he is also a full brother to Graham's Little King Lee) .  "Vinny's" dam is P.C. Jetts Sassafrass by P.C. Jett Cadet.  She is a National Grand Champion producer, and producer of mulitple National top tens, futurity champions, All Star Champions, etc.  She is also the dam of 2 AMHR past foals and they are starting their show career.  He is priced VERY reasonably for a nice show quality colt for $500.  He has NICE straight legs and is futurity nominated. He will be halter broke and gentle by weaning and a deposit can be put down to hold him ($200).   He is already very gentle and will come right up to you from the pasture to be petted.

PATTIS SILVER SPARKLE...Foaled 4/10/07, (pic taken 5/25/08 courtesy of Leah Johnson) "Squirt" is a silver dapple pinto gelding. He is a TINY little guy that is the sweetest, friendliest, and mischievious little "squirt"!!  He is by KENO'S FIRST SPIRIT and out of Mo Farm Sun Grey by Masters Painted Apache by J-J's Painted Apache.  This guy will stay small, his sire is almost 40" and his dam is 38".  He's a pretty and expressive little guy that will someday make an awesome youth pony!!  A real probability that he can be hardshipped into the AMHR.   $600.00
